Danny Brown
Licensed Real Estate Broker and Principal of 828 Realty LLC. Danny Graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Business and Industry with a major in International Economics. Danny played football at MSU and was invited into the Dallas Cowboy camp in 1981. On the radio, he was a radio talk show host on AM580 WDBO with his show “The Next Level”.
At one time served as the Motivational Director for the World’s timeshare company overseeing the sales force’s morning meetings. From 1991 to 1997 served as President of Greater Orlando Industries. Joined Premier Nelson Group, in commercial real estate in 1998. Formed 828 Realty in 2000 and guided 828 Realty to commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
828 Realty in the past decade has become a leader in the state of Florida in the sale of Church campuses. Truly, 828 Realty LLC has fashioned a “Niche” in placement and disposition of church properties.
Danny has authored two Award Winning children’s books. He is married to his college sweetheart Cheryl. Together they have two children and three grandsons. Danny & Cheryl serve and attend at First Baptist Church of Winter Garden, FL.

Daniel Brown
Daniel was born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from Dr. Phillips High School and he attended Mississippi State University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Daniel joined 828 Realty in August of 2005 as an associate working with investment projects. He soon earned a full Broker’s license and has been an integral partner to several real estate deals.
Daniel is married and lives with his wife Elizabeth and two sons in Madison, MS. Daniel is an accomplished country music artist and performs under the stage name of Buddy Brown. At the time of this writing (June 2019), he has 11 albums.
